Lakers vs. Blazers score: Live NBA playoff updates as L.A. honors Kobe Bryant with Black Mamba uniforms –

After weeks of upset speculation, it turns out, the Portland Trail Blazers are exactly what the Los Angeles Lakers needed. Their struggling offense is on fire through two quarters in Game 2, as the Lakers lead 80-51 at halftime. LeBron James has 22 points and seven assists. Anthony Davis has 18 of his own, and the two have combined to miss only three shots in the entire game.

The Blazers, meanwhile, are struggling to find any good looks for themselves. Their two star guards, Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum, are both in single digits, and with the rest of the roster shooting only 2-of-8 on 3-pointers, they just haven’t been able to generate any easy points. The Blazers put up a great fight in reaching the playoffs and winning Game 1 of this series, but they simply aren’t a match for the Lakers at this stage.
